Introduction
Welcome to the Stowers families of America website. If you are a descendant of the Stowers family, you will learn more about the Association, learn something about the family Stowers, and can even apply to become a member. The association was started in 1967 by Robert Tilford Stowers. Over the years, a strong sense of kinship has developed among the various family members, sharing a common heritage.
Current Activities
- The SFoA Spring 2011 Newsletter is now available and can be downloaded as a pdf file by clicking here.
- The next national reunion will be held in Depauw, Ind. in 2012 and will be hosted by David Stowers. So start making your plans now to come have a grand ole time with family. Watch this site for more information.
- Volume 8 of the Stowers Families of America books is now being prepared for publication in the near future. We need more stories about your family and relatives, so if you have a favorite story about a Stowers family member, please write it and send it to Judy Stowers Siddoway, 380 Millcreek Lane, Kaysville, UT 84037. There will be only a limited number of copies printed, so reserve your copy now by ordering now at the pre-publication price of $$ TBD.
